We are a community of over 3100 families connected in faith and making stewardship of God's gifts a way of life. Through stewardship of time, talent and treasure, we are a vibrant parish with many groups and ministries at work to enrich our liturgies, develop our lives as Christians and provide service to our neighbors. As new members of our community, we welcome you and hope you will find this a warm parish where you can reach new heights of fulfillment in following the path of Christ.
As you settle into our community you will hear us often refer to stewardship as "a way of life" in this parish.
What we are talking about is our commitment to share our God-given time, talents, and treasure with the community as good stewards. We committed to stewardship as a way of life for the parish in 1991. We recognized that sharing of gifts has been a principle of Christian living from the earliest days. As the first Christians shared and cared for each other, so do we. There are many ways to do this. We share our talents and time to actually do things for each other and those in need. There are numerous men, women, and students involved in parish work or ministry. This involves everything from taking care of our grounds, to education, to housing the homeless. You will find many ways to use your unique talents to work in our community so as to fully enjoy the fellowship that is part of our parish.
