Cursillo (pronounced ker-SEE-Yo) is a Christian movement for adults that begins with a three day weekend of learning, sharing, and living in a Christian community. A retreat in which teams of lay persons talk about living Christian values daily.
Following the weekend, participants are encouraged to meet in small groups for supporting their spiritual lives. Cursillos are held twice a year in our diocese, each with a weekend for men and women.
Marriage Encounter
This weekend is an opportunity for married couples to look deeply into their relationship with each other and with God. It is for any couple who wants to enrich their marriage through an emphasis on communication. Generally speaking, Encounter weekends are held monthly.
