RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults begins with a period of inquiry. This length of time provides non-Catholics with the opportunity to ask questions and to reflect upon their faith stories.
The second phase of this process happens every Sunday morning of each month. Sacraments of Initiation are celebrated at the Easter Vigil. Sunday mornings begin with Mass at 9:30 A.M. and we continue to meet until 11:45 A.M. These sessions are more informative and structured and take their direction from the Sunday’s Gospel.
Also see the RCIA subcategory of Sacraments for a fuller description.

Sick
The priests and Ministry of Care members visit persons who are hospitalized or confined to their home. Please notify the Parish Center when a family member is in need of a priest or a Minister of Care at (847) 516-AMEN (2636). There is a Book of the Sick on the table in front of the large cross window as you enter. Each weekend please write the names of the sick family members and friends for whom you would like us to pray at Mass. During the Prayers of the Faithful (Petitions) individual names will no longer be read, rather we will pray for all the people whose names are written in the Book of the Sick. These intentions will also be remembered at daily morning Masses.
Please feel free to stop and read the names for your own prayerful reflection.
