Jacob Tipre is currently the Chicago Site Manager for Coalition Life. He has been involved in Pro-Life Ministry for over 20 years as a volunteer with organizations such as Pro-Life Action League, 40 Days for Life, Northwest Families for Life, and Rest in His Arms Angel Gowns. In those years, he was a part of the closure of two abortion facilities through prayer and sidewalk counseling. Also during that time, he had at least five saves or turn-arounds away from abortion facilities, whereas, in the last 9 months with Coalition Life and the team he built in Chicago at ECM, over 60 women have been turned-around from Planned Parenthood to the local Pregnancy Resource Center. Coalition Life has recently surpassed 5,000 turnarounds from Planned Parenthood, empowering women by providing tangible resources to choose life for themselves and their preborn children.
Jacob is the husband to Susan for over 27 years and father to Joy and Charity. He is a sincere follower of Jesus and loves the Catholic Church that He founded. Jacob gives glory to God in all the work he has been able to do and will continue to work as if what he's doing depends on him, yet pray knowing it all depends on God. Join him for hearing the tragedy, the challenge, and the miracle that you can bring to the Pro-Life movement, so we can work to end abortion in our city, state, and nation with Christ-like love.
Phil spent 30 years in the road construction industry. He traded long days on the job for a life centered on family, purpose, and the open road. Phil enjoys riding his motorcycle, traveling with his wife, and making memories with their grandchildren whenever the opportunity arises.
One of the most meaningful parts of Phil’s life is volunteering in correctional facilities through Alcoholics Anonymous, where he has the privilege of mentoring others and sharing hope with people working to change their lives. Phil believes in second chances, staying grateful, and finding joy in the simple things—family, freedom, and helping others.
I'm an Assyrian, and the son of immigrants from Baghdad. The Assyrians are half Catholic and Orthodox. Unlike most Assyrian Catholics who attend the Chaldean Rite, I solley attend the Tridentine Rite (the Traditional Latin Mass).
In 2017 I was volunteering at a local pregnancy center and working to help the Christians of the Middle-East who'd just endured their third genocide. Through this experience, God pointed me towards pro-life activism. I was asked to help get Vision 2020 off the ground in Illinois, and began speaking at churches and leading prayer vigils at abortion clinics and training sidewalk counselors. In 2021, a two-year vigil and counseling effort I led saw the closure of the Family Planning Associates abortion clinic in Chicago. This effort was followed by a 6-month vigil effort at the All Women's Medical Center in Chicago, which has recently been reported to have closed its doors also.
I've personally seen six babies saved from abortion and many more than that have occurred during our vigil efforts. I'm currently leading two efforts I started which includes the First Saturdays for Life, which gathers people at a Chicago abortion clinic every first Saturday to fulfill the First Saturday devotions, sadly ignored by most of the churches today. I also started GoPublic4Life, which gathers people across IL simultaneously to prayerfully witness at clinics. I still lead a 40 Days for Life effort in the city of Chicago at the American Women's Medical Center on Western Ave. I've spoken at churches across the Archdiocese, at multiple marches (Rockford, Palatine), and recently on the Trending with Timmerie show on Relevant Radio.
I'm married with two young boys, who are homeschooled by my wife and I'm hoping to publish my first book on the demonic roots of abortion in the near future. My wife is a former nurse, turned homeschool mom and former PRC ultrasound volunteer.
