High School Confirmation

The time of Confirmation marks the decision by an individual to be an active adult member of the Catholic Church and community. The process emphasizes acceptance of God, Faith and community into one’s life. Steps in the process include classes, a retreat, as well as stewardship projects. Adult Confirmation

Catholic Adults (ages 19+ yrs) celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation at the time of year when the Bishop comes to the Parish or at the Easter Vigil when the Pastor is delegated the power to Confirm. Adults who have been baptized Catholic and receive Holy Communion, please call the Parish Center (847) 516-AMEN (2636) for information regarding preparation for and the celebration of Confirmation.

If you would like to request a Sacramental Certificate (Baptism, Confirmation), please scroll down and click the "Submit Form" Button listed below under "Certificate Request" and fill out the form. Once completed it will automatically be submitted. Certificate Requests can take some time to research, so please give us at least 3 weeks to fulfill the request.
